For a Physical Eviction, once it is determined the tenant is not willing to move from the property on their own, an invoice will be sent to the landlord for the service of a Physical Eviction, this invoice must be paid BEFORE a date will be scheduled for the physical eviction. Payments for this invoice can be a cashiers check, money order or cash. The cost of a physical eviction provides the Court Officer in attendance at the physical eviction, an insured and bonded crew that removes all the items from the property and a dumpster delivered and removed once the physical eviction is complete. BEWARE, doing a physical eviction in any other method is considered illegal and the tenants can sue the landlord for an illegal eviction and more.
